Now run by the next generation, daughter Chelsea and son-in-law Richard, The Lime Inn continues to evolve. From rebuilding post-Irma, to launching the wildly popular floating taco bar, Lime Out, to embracing a refined yet relaxed taco-focused menu, the Lime Inn blends island tradition with fresh flavor and fun.
