Eggs: Scrambled & boiled
Home fries: red potatoes, onions, peppers
Omelette station: cheddar bacon bits, diced ham, turkey, sausage, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach
Breads: white & wheat toast, white & everything bagel, croissants, pancakes, waffles
Breakfast Meats: sausage links, bacon, Canadian ham, kielbasa and onions, vegan sausage, salt fish, stir fried tofu
Lunch Meats: slow roasted chicken cacciatore, teriyaki lamb steaks, coconut curried shrimp, lemon cream garlic parmesan salmon, Fried chicken chicharrones tostones and plantain, Prime rib with au jus.
Sides: stewed eggplant medley, green banana escabeche and spinach chop chop, Jonny cakes, seasoned rice with peas, white cheddar mac n cheese, stir fried veggies.
